A. Basics: hitting the ball (attack), throwing it and picking it up (defense)

Baseball is played by two teams of nine players, who take turns catching and hitting the ball. The goal is to score more points than your opponents by hitting the balls that are thrown into the field of play away from the recipients and allowing the runners to complete a course of four bases (first, second, third and major).

Each shift is known as a round ball, and the team that scores more points at the end of the nine rounds is the winner.

1. Ball hitting techniques
