Return to Hope County 17 years after a global nuclear catastrophe wiped out most forms of civilization and fought for survival among the remaining number of people, now assembled into a group of different mobile teams.

Amidst this new order of the world, the ferocious gang of Highwaymen claimed by twin sisters Mickey and Lou drain survivors of all available resources. Help these survivors defend their lands in the face of this attack or rush to their aid and lead the battle.
