1. Game overview

In the late 13th century, the Mughal Empire destroyed entire nations in their campaign to occupy the East. Tsushima Island remained everything that separates the land of Japan from a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by General Khotun Khan who is ruthless and cunning.

As the island was burned in the wake of the first Mongol offensive wave, a Samurai warrior Jin Sakai, one of the last members of his clan, survived. He is determined to do whatever is necessary, at any cost, to protect his people and restore their land. He has to set aside traditions that have made him a warrior to forge a new path, the Ghost Road, and wage an unconventional war for Tsushima's freedom.

3. The appearance of a ghost

Jin was raised and trained in the approved methods of a samurai warrior. When the Mongols easily defeated the samurai warrior forces, Jin's world was shattered. He faced the most difficult decision of his life: respecting the tradition of his upbringing as a samurai warrior and her customs and continuing the battle that he could not win or deviating from him as a samurai warrior to protect the island and its people by any necessary means.

In his mission to recover Tsushima, Jin must seek guidance and support from old friends and unexpected new allies. He must break with tradition and transform into a new type of warrior and protect what remains of his land and people, whatever the cost.
