Chapter II: Marvel's Spider-Man - TURF WARS
Summary
After being able to control the equipment left in the wake of the military occupation of Sable International, Hammerhead and his gang declared war against the rest of the criminal gangs of Magia. Spiderman and Yuri Watanabe, the chief of the New York Police, must put an end to this violence before a guerrilla war breaks out in the whole city.New bastions of enemies

3. Bad guys interview
“Mr. Negative” is a man of differing opinions. For New Yorkers, he is Martin Lee, a respected and well-known businessman and founder of the famous Feast shelters. But for the underworld, he is known as "Mr. Negative," the arrogant crime leader and responsible for the terrifying "hidden demons" and the spread of evil energy he uses to destroy anything and anyone standing in his way.
He is obsessed with seeking revenge for "New York City," because he believes she is to blame for his corrupt capabilities. "Mr. Negative" is a driving force behind a big and violent plan that could spoil "New York City", dubbed the "Big Apple."
Kingpin
Wilson Fisk pretends to be a philanthropist and a legitimate businessman, but he is actually secretly controlling organized criminal gangs in the "city of Nabobork" as "Kingpin" that everyone fears. Spiderman spent years trying to catch him and he finally did - just to know that perhaps Fisk was right when he said, "I am the one who set up order in this city!"
After a while, Spiderman finds himself in a wondrous situation as he saves Fisk's men to uncover a great mystery of a new threat to the city.
Electro
With his ability to harness and control electricity, Max Dillon has a greater mission in his mind: to develop his ultimate form by converting himself into pure living energy.
Using his aid to help an evil mastermind to help him on his twisted mission, Electro agreed to help destroy one of the most powerful men in New York City.
Rhino
Aleksei Sytsevich has super guaranteed strength due to his handmade leather. He would like protective shedding and his brutal reputation as "Renault", and he has found a more evil person to help him do that.
Of course, Rhino will need to return Gemayel to that mastermind as soon as he leaves Raft to wreak havoc with the President of "New York City".
Scorpion
While he was being held behind the walls in Raft in recent years, the insane "Mac Gargan" was freed to renew his intense rivalry with "Spiderman".
"Scorpio" is determined to eliminate "Spiderman" permanently in exchange for fulfilling the promise and clearing his criminal record.
What is the best way to steal a bank? Herman Schultz literally prefers to use shock and intimidation, using a high-tech suit and iron gloves that broadcast very powerful vibrating waves to crush lockers and escape from the police.

Vulture

Inner Demons

Some of these "hidden demons" use weapons equipped with "passive energy" that can cause tremendous damage to "Spiderman". Sometimes, Mr. Negi may spoil one or two Inner Demons via extended direct contact, which gives him much greater strength.
